Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Analyzer Field Service Technician to join our team. This role involves providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for analytical instruments within manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance expertise, with the ability to interpret schematics and operate precision measuring instruments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in diverse industrial environments, including HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, and high-voltage electrical systems, ensuring optimal operation of critical equipment.

Duties

  • Perform installation, calibration, repair, and preventative maintenance on analyzers and related instrumentation at client sites.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems (including low and high voltage), hydraulics, and mechanical components.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters, ammeters, and other precision measuring instruments to identify faults.
  • Interpret schematics, technical manuals, and control system diagrams to accurately diagnose problems.
  • Operate industrial equipment such as scissor lifts safely to access elevated or hard-to-reach areas.
  • Maintain detailed service records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to safety protocols related to high-voltage systems, welding ( welding), and other hazardous environments.
  • Assist in training clients on the operation and maintenance of analytical equipment when necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing facilities or similar environments.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with industrial electricians' work, including low voltage and high voltage systems.
  • Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting control systems.
  • Experience working with hydraulic systems, HVAC/R systems, welding ( welding), and precision measurement tools.
  • Ability to operate a scissor lift safely and efficiently in various work conditions.
  • Knowledge of CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent analysis skills combined with customer service orientation to address client needs effectively.
  • Strong communication skills in English for technical documentation and customer interactions.
  • Relevant certifications or experience in industrial electrician work or military service is a plus. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background who is committed to delivering exceptional field service support in dynamic manufacturing environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68, $80,696.50 per year
