Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Crystal Lake, IL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. Your responsibilities will include providing support to resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing communication via phone and email, and assisting with orders and service requests. In this role, you will collaborate closely with other departments to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, with strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service Representatives.
• Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and provide positive Customer Experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse clientele.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple customer requests efficiently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer interaction tools is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a bonus.
