Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions and reservations.
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing information and assistance to guests and staff while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and operational updates for management review.
- Monitor security systems and perform safety checks throughout the property to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues with a positive attitude, and deliver exceptional guest services that reflect our hospitality standards.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight needs or issues that arise during your shift.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, with a strong understanding of front desk functions and guest services.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to enhance communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and resort operations.
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills combined with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Pay: $ $16.50 per hour
