CNC Machinist

1ST shift position

We are currently hiring for 3 AXIS Position. Must have a strong work ethic. Looking for experience candidates

Candidates must have the ability to do their own machine set-ups and follow Drawings and work instructions.

Summary

As a CNC Machinist, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precise components according to specifications. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will utilize core skills such as blueprint reading and precision measuring instruments to ensure quality output. Your premium skills in CNC programming and GD&T will enhance efficiency and accuracy in machining operations. Additionally, your relevant experience with tools and lean manufacturing practices will support continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and tolerances.
• Set up and operate CNC Mills and other precision machinery, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments, such as calipers and micrometers, to inspect finished products.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any operational issues.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and implement lean manufacturing practices.
