Position:Lead Carpenter/Tile Setter (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate kitchen and bathroom projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior carpenters and apprentices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Execute precise and detailed tile work, including but not limited to tile showers, floors and backsplash tile.
• Proficiently install tiles and grouting, leveraging expertise in tile setting techniques for optimal results.
• Collaborate with project managers to plan and organize work schedules, materials, and resources.
• Uphold strict safety standards and practices, ensuring a secure work environment for all team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tile setter, demonstrating expertise in various aspects of tile setting as well as kitchen and bathroom installs.
• Proficiency in tile setting, with a strong grasp of electrical and plumbing systems (desirable).
• Possession of a valid PA driver's license is mandatory.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, fostering a positive team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
