Position Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing warehouse staff, inventory, and operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety. This role plays a key part in maintaining product availability and supporting smooth order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage warehouse employees, including scheduling, and tasks assignments, with the ability to lead and oversee up to 25 warehouse associates
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of aftermarket auto body parts
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards are followed
• Train, coach, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity goals
• Coordinate with management to improve workflow and operational efficiency
• Handle discrepancies, damaged goods, and inventory issues
• Enforce company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive or auto body parts industry
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Arabic)
• Experience with shipping carriers and logistics coordination

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
