Cocinas y Calaveras, LLC is a privately held collection of contemporary Mexican restaurants that are an inventive mix of food, atmosphere and tradition which reflects the heart and soul of Mexican dining. Mercado locations exist in Hollywood, Pasadena, and Manhattan Beach.

The menu features signature creations such as Chef Jose Acevedo's revered carnitas and what has come to be known as the "best flan in the universe." Our bar specializes in craft cocktails with many premium tequilas & unique mezcals. Along with great food & drinks we pride ourselves in our hospitable & consistent service standards.

Cocinas y Calaveras, LLC Restaurant Group is looking for host candidates with a true passion for the hospitality industry. We are seeking candidates who are willing to go above and beyond for our guests and who are dedicated to working collectively to achieve one goal; providing the best Mexican food with the highest service standards. Server Job Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest that enters the restaurant with a warm and friendly welcome
• Create, Modify, Manage and seat reservations and walk-in parties
• Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
• Assist in running food and beverage in a warm and friendly manner.
• Prioritize and execute multiple tasks in order to facilitate a seamless and enjoyable dining experience
• Maintain, clean, sanitize, prepare and arrange tables before, during, and after serving guests
• Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.

• High school diploma
• CA Food Handler Certificate
• RBS Certification
