Position: Night Auditor

Location: Hilton Garden Inn, Boston-Canton

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Part Time, Weekend Availability is a Must

Purpose:

Our night auditors ensure that all front office operations are carried out with the goal of achieving 100% guest satisfaction and exceptional financial returns. They are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and reporting on all business transactions that occurred throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

Night Auditors are responsible for the following:

• Responsible for guest service and creating/managing reservations, checking guests in and out of the hotel during overnight hours
• Provide support services for other hotel departments; Processing payments, including cash, credit card, and check transactions
• Perform guest service in person, over the phone, and throughout all stages of the guest's hotel experience.
• Expected to follow established company policies, procedures, and guidelines as set forth by their manager.

Reports to:

Assistant General Manager

Education/Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in a customer service environment
• Hotel experience is a Plus

Skills:

• Typing skills; Windows XP or newer, Work, Excel and Outlook
• Capable of working in a fast-paced work environment and perform efficiently under stressful situations
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to interpret written procedures and apply in practice.
• Ability to effectively deliver all required information to superiors, coworkers, and subordinates.
• Effective Communication and Listening skills
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stay productive in a non-supervised environment
