Only Love Home Care is seeking a
Scheduling Coordinator
to support our home health and therapy services. This role is essential to daily operations and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient patient care coordination.

About the Role

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating patient and therapy schedules, managing therapy authorizations, and serving as a central point of communication between clinicians, patients, referral partners, and leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and dependable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain patient and therapy schedules
  • Communicate scheduling updates with clinicians, patients, and referral sources
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EHR)
  • Identify and escalate scheduling or authorization issues as needed
  • Support operational efficiency and quality initiatives

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • LVN license preferred but not required
  • Experience in home health, therapy coordination, medical scheduling, or healthcare administration preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Technologically proficient with EHR systems, scheduling software, and office tools
  • High level of accountability and reliability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
