30 Park BAR|BISTRO|EVENTS (located in the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel) is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menu offerings.
- Manage catering orders and coordinate with clients to ensure successful events.
Experience:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or as an assistant manager is required.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Note: Experience in hotel or kitchen management, as well as cooking skills, are considered a plus for this role.
