House Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and for detail, ensuring that homes are maintained to the highest standards. This role involves performing various cleaning tasks in residential settings, providing exceptional service to our clients while creating a welcoming and sanitary environment.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring freshness and cleanliness.
• Conduct floor care activities such as carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance.
• Maintain organization in all areas cleaned, ensuring items are returned to their proper places.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies according to guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with commercial cleaning tasks when necessary, adapting to different environments as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel or residential cleaning preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require standing for long periods and lifting light loads.
• Flexibility in working hours, including availability on weekends if needed.
