Front Desk Receptionist

Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Check customers in and out, occasionally collect payments
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Provide administrative support to management staff as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading, and transcribing

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Proficient in using Microsoft
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in an office is preferred but not required

• Spanish speaking is a plus, but is not required
