Shift Leader/Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our store meets its goals. This role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate team members to achieve their best. Duties Supervise and support team members in daily tasks to ensure efficient store operations. Manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste. Assist in payroll management to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee hours. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering a welcoming environment. Implement marketing strategies to promote products and services effectively. Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Maintain effective phone etiquette while handling customer calls and inquiries. Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to achieve sales targets and operational goals. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity. Requirements Proven experience in store management or a similar leadership role is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Experience in payroll processing is a plus. Knowledge of inventory control practices is essential. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
