Well-established, long-standing (30+ years) sushi restaurant, Yohei Sushi Restaurant Original, is seeking dedicated kitchen staff to join our team.

Duties:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks according to established recipes and standards.
• Wash, peel, and chop ingredients as needed.
• Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in food preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Experience:

• Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required for all positions.
• Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and assist with various kitchen duties.
