Inventory Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory processes across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in supply chain management, warehouse distribution, and procurement, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making. This role involves managing inventory control systems, analyzing supply chain analytics, and implementing process improvements to ensure efficient stock management and order fulfillment. The Inventory Manager will play a critical role in maintaining seamless operations within our warehouse and logistics networks, supporting overall business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, tracking, and distributing materials and products.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts, audits, and data analysis.
• Forecast inventory needs and work closely with purchasing to ensure product availability.
• Monitor slow-moving, backordered, and high-demand items; recommend adjustments to optimize inventory turns.
• Develop and maintain inventory processes, SOPs, and documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Utilize inventory management software and reporting tools to analyze trends and support decision-making.
• Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a high level of service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse operations (2–4 years preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend solutions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
