Maintenance Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across hotel facilities, ensuing equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, with experience in hotel maintenance and customer service. Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on in room equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical
• Plumbing
• Drywall Repair. painting and wallpaper
• Pool Maintenence
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Maintenance tasks such as property general repairs to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with lead Maintenance Engineer.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests needs promptly and professionally.

Experience

• Proven experience in manufacturing or facilities maintenance roles.
• Strong electrical experience. Mechanical knowledge related hotel industry.
• Supervising or leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory; leadership qualities are highly valued.
• Hands-on experience with hotel painting or general building repairs is a plus.
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork coordination. This Maintenance Technician role is integral to maintaining operational excellence within our property while providing opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment.
