MaxLiving Chiropractic - Beltline | Grand Rapids, MI

ROLE OVERVIEW

You are the full-time hours/ week) patient advocate and relationship builder who guides patients through their entire healing journey. You manage multi-doctor schedules, coordinate clinical flow for 500+ weekly visits, implement our patient process systems (Day 4-6), and maintain the personal connections that keep patients committed to transforming their health through the Five Essentials.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Patient Journey Management: Greet and check in patients, keep them on track with care, reschedule appointments, and advocate for their health goals.
  • Patient Process Systems: Implement Day 4 (New Patient Commit Tour), Day 5 (Office Brochure for building life-long warrior patients), and Day 6 (New Patient Commit Check-in to listen, clarify struggles, assign Extra Time with Doctor or Rehab Stop appointments within a week).
  • Clinical Support: Explain in-office rehab, assist with patient care, track and report patient goals/successes, and capture video and written testimonials.
  • Marketing & Lead Management: Manage online marketing with Buckley Advertising by calling, texting, and scheduling new patient leads (including self-booked leads).
  • Events & Engagement: Engage patients in clinic events, assist with weekend events (minimum 6-8 hours/month), support 5+ in-office workshops/events annually, assist with midweek lunch-n-learns, and plan quarterly "Life Together" team events.
  • Professional Development: Travel to approximately 3 corporate training events annually to stay current with MaxLiving protocols and best practices.
  • Referral Management: Encourage and track patient referrals, coordinate new patient consultations, and maintain the referral program that grows our practice community.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation:

  • Hourly- $22/hour (negotiable)
  • Bonus- Online Marketing Bonus Structure (up to $1,000.00/ mo.)
  • Bonus- Community Outreach: Community Dinners & Workshops/ Seminars (up to $1,201.00)

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
