Come join us at St. Cabrini Nursing Home We are a 304-bed, Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility founded in 1974 in continuation of St. Frances Xavier Cabrini's legacy of serving those in need through works of healing, teaching, caring and giving.
We are seeking to hire a Receptionist - Perdiem.
- $24.29 per hour.
- As needed schedule.
Receptionist Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Receptionist or concierge experience required.
Receptionist Job Summary:
- Route incoming mail and packages to appropriate mailbox, community or Department.
- Maintain telecommunication system for console operation and paging system.
- Maintain files and listing of residents by name, room number, and extension.
- Monitor assigned entrance and advise visitors and employees to use main entrance.
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintain security by following procedures.
- Notify maintenance or housekeeping regarding lobby/building maintenance issues.
- Assist various departments with administrative duties and projects as assigned.
- Order and maintain supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance.
