Summary
We are seeking a dedicated IT Field Technician to join our team in Glendale Heights, IL. Based in our office, this role is vital in supporting our technological infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations across our services. As an integral part of our team, you will help uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This position will support Windows devices, kiosks, warehouse/production equipment, and general IT operations. Great role for someone who wants real experience with imaging, deployments, and on-site troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Windows 10/11 PCs, laptops, tablets, printers.
- Maintain warehouse kiosks and Surface Pro devices.
- Deploy images using Macrium Reflect, InTune, and autopilot.
- Assist with NinjaOne/SentinelOne installs.
- Basic AD, Outlook, Teams, and network support.
- Maintain high standards of customer service while resolving technical problems.
- Document IT procedures and assist with IT-related company projects as needed.
Requirements
- 1–2 years IT support experience (or school/internship).
- Knowledge of Windows, hardware, and basic networking.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and common help desk tools.
- Comfortable working in office + warehouse areas.
- Strong communication and willingness to learn.
- Customer-focused approach to problem solving.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
Nice to Have
- Imaging experience
- RMM/EDR exposure
- Familiarity with production/warehouse tech
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of computer networks, hardware, and software.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Pay: $50, $55,000.00 per year
