LOGISTICS ANALYST

The Logistics Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring our products move efficiently through our supply chain and arrive on time to our dealer network. This role works directly with freight carriers and warehouse/3PL personnel to coordinate outbound shipments, optimize transportation performance, and maintain high service levels. The Analyst leverages data-driven insights to track shipments, analyze freight trends and costs, resolve transit or delivery issues, and support continuous improvement across logistics operations. This role helps drive reliable, cost-effective distribution throughout the dealer channel.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Coordinate daily outbound shipments (FTL, LTL, and specialty carriers) to meet dealer demand and service-level targets.
  • Analyzes data to identify issues and solutions on storage and domestic outbound deliveries.
  • Utilizes forecasting models to simulate and analyze multiple logistics scenarios and propose opportunities to improve the CFMOTO USA logistics network.
  • Develops key performance indicators (KPIs) and methodology to track savings generated through supply chain network changes.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including freight optimization, network modelling, consolidation opportunities, and logistics SOP enhancements.
  • Identifies, plans and executes cost
  • Perform other duties as required

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
  • Customer service experience
  • Relationship building experience
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skill
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong customer focus and service orientation with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, dealers/customers and vendors at all levels in a cross-cultural setting

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

  • 1-3+ years' previous experience in similar role within the Powersports, Automotive, Dealership, or similar industry
  • Experience with ERP software(s), NetSuite preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • All applicants must be eligible to work in the US
  • Normal schedule is Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm; ability to work required hour
  • Onsite work environment
  • Requires use of office equipment such as computers, telephones, copy machines
  • Required sitting and computer-related activities for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Equipment operation requires specialized training and testing within CFMOTO standards
