Coffee Barista

Favorite Coffee Museum is seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in providing exceptional coffee and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in café settings, and possess excellent time management and sales skills. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring food safety, and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items with precision and care.
• Operate the POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with food preparation and handling, ensuring all items meet health regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment focused on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience or coffee experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for cashiering duties and cash handling accuracy.
• English speaking is a must and Korean speaking is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food preparation techniques is essential.
