Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently.
• Maintain floors through specialized care techniques like carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure a pristine appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
• Follow established sanitation protocols to prevent cross-contamination and promote health safety in all areas.
• Conduct janitorial tasks including waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment for optimal performance.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, coordinating schedules and ensuring consistent quality across all cleaning activities.

Experience

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience in residential, hotel, or commercial settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures.
• Experience in laundry operations and handling household or hotel linens efficiently.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices to oversee daily operations smoothly.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients or team members.
