Crew Member

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible crew member. This role is essential in providing high-quality vehicle maintenance services, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and effective service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong learning attitude and have the ability for hands-on experience in automotive maintenance, making them an integral part of our service department.

Duties

• Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance services efficiently and accurately.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete various automotive tasks.
• Perform a safety inspection
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with guests regarding their vehicle needs.
• Assist in recommendations of automotive services and products as needed.
• Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn in a fast paced environment.
• Willing to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during vehicle service tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
