A well-established and growing concrete contractor in the DFW Metroplex is looking to hire an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee commercial and industrial concrete projects across North Texas.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands concrete operations from pre-pour planning through final placement, and who can consistently deliver safe, high-quality work on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all field concrete operations (foundations, slabs, flatwork, structural concrete)
• Manage foremen, crews, subcontractors, and daily production
• Coordinate pours, inspections, schedules, and manpower planning
• Ensure work is executed in compliance with drawings, specifications, and ACI standards
• Oversee site safety, quality control, and productivity
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, inspectors, and suppliers
• Track progress, manpower, and material usage to maintain schedules and budgets

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial or industrial concrete construction
• Prior experience as a Concrete Superintendent or Senior Foreman
• Strong knowledge of foundations, slab-on-grade, structural concrete, rebar, formwork, and embeds
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple crews
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Reliable, organized, and quality-driven
