Journeyman Millwright

Holmes Mechanical Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran, locally owned, company and has operated in the Puget Sound area for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on providing dependable and honest industrial service to the federal government. We have an office and fabrication facility in Bremerton, WA

We are looking for a FULL TIME Journeyman Millwright with expertise in heavy machinery installation and large valves / pump assemblies. The ideal candidate will have experience in precision alignment, assembly, and maintenance of industrial equipment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Millwright in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and heavy equipment installation.
• Welding certification or experience is a plus.
• Rigging experience and familiarity with hoists, cranes, and related tools.
• Experience with valves and pump assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hiring Requirements: Pass Federal Government security clearance (including drug testing) and clean driving record.

Benefits:

· Federal prevailing wage ($62.35 to $81.37 hourly)

· General Operating hours are M-F 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
