This is a dynamic, hands-on service role where you will be fully responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during events and banquets. You will work closely with the kitchen and event planning teams to ensure all guests receive prompt and courteous service. As our Banquet Server, you are the essential link between planning and execution, responsible for setting the stage and delivering polished service.

Essential Tasks Include:

• Event Setup & Execution: Set up banquet rooms and tables precisely according to event specifications. Your attention to detail is critical to the first impression.

• Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication and customer service skills will ensure exceptional service.

• Tear Down & Cleanliness: Clear tables and clean banquet rooms efficiently after events. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout your shift.

• Collaboration & Support: Work collaboratively with the kitchen and event planning teams to ensure events run smoothly. Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.

• Flexibility & Reliability: Must have the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, reflecting the dynamic nature of events.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a banquet or restaurant setting.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends).

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Experience with event planning and coordination.

• Knowledge of food and beverage service.

• Ability to speak multiple languages.
