Barista/Cashier/Customer Service

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate with Barista and Cashier expierence to join our team.

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include handling transactions accurately, assisting customers with their inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store
- Process customer purchases efficiently using the POS system
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the cashier area
- Assist in restocking merchandise on shelves as needed
- Uphold high standards of customer service at all times

EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Familiarity with food handling or café environments is a plus
- Proficiency in using cash registers and basic retail math skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
