What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Lead and mentor junior accounting staff

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of construction accounting experience (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of job costing and project accounting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
