Job Duration: 7 Months Contract – W2

Job Location: 6675 Shiloh RD E., Alpharetta, GA Onsite)

Note:

Schedule and Shift: 9-80 A|1st Shift|06:00 AM

  • Teams interview 1st round/ 2nd round interview will be onsite
  • this person needs to be computer savvy ability and willingness to learn some quality experience
  • will be inspecting, metal, glass drawings etc., need to be able to use and understand multimeters
  • Candidates need understanding of electronics and Inspection( heavy on the electronics side)
  • Candidates need to understand how to inspect product and how to move the product Candidates should be able to discuss inspection process and the tools used during inspecting - multimeters, calipers etc.
  • Candidates need to know and understand how to handle and measure products
  • Must have a sense of urgency and enthusiasm
  • Must be able to speak about their experience

**Position Overview:

**

A Quality Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring that products or services meet established quality standards and customer requirements. They are responsible for conducting inspections, tests, and audits throughout various stages of the production or manufacturing process. The Quality Inspector identifies defects, deviations from specifications, and non-compliance issues, and collaborates with the quality team to implement corrective and preventive actions. They contribute to maintaining quality control procedures and documentation, striving for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:

**

  • Inspection and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, components, assemblies, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Utilize measuring tools, equipment, and testing devices to verify dimensions, tolerances, functionality, and performance. Perform visual inspections to identify defects, cosmetic flaws, or deviations from product requirements.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document inspection results, test data, and any non-conformities discovered during inspections. Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommend appropriate actions for resolution. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits in compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
  • Non-Conformance Management: Identify and communicate non-conforming products, processes, or materials to the appropriate departments or stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes of non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions. Track and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and verify their implementation.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate quality control procedures, processes, and documentation to identify opportunities for improvement. Propose and implement enhancements to streamline operations, enhance quality, and reduce waste. Participate in quality-related meetings, discussions, and initiatives to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality management system requirements. Stay up-to-date with relevant quality control methods, technologies, and industry best practices. Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

**Skills and Qualifications:

**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in quality inspection or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong knowledge of quality control techniques, inspection methods, and tools.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.
  • Attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and applications for documentation and reporting.
