Anniversary Inn is looking for a dedicated individual to join our Front Desk Team. Shifts will typically be either 7a-3p or 3pm-10pm.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and courteously
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

Skills:

• Excellent phone system skills
• Strong guest relations skills
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Familiarity with hotel management software systems
• Ability to handle front desk operations

At our hotel, we value our Front Desk Agents as they are the first point of contact for our guests. Please note that this is not a remote position. The Front Desk Agent will be required to work on-site at our hotel location.
