We are looking to add an experienced and confident Customer Service Representative to our team. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience providing customer service via phone, enjoy helping customers find solutions to their problems, and possess the ability to work quickly and accurately. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can multitask well and is detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Listen to and resolve customer questions and complaints.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with customers using information from knowledge base or customer service database.
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding all types of issues.
- Provide quality customer service by following standard operational procedures.
- Learn new information about products and services to better serve customers.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through training, reading industry publications, etc.
- Manage workflow to ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
