Position Summary

The Human Resources Specialist plays a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance functions. This role ensures a smooth employee experience and provides hands-on support to managers and team members across the organization. The HR Specialist must demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews.
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure successful integration into the company.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and hiring records.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and HR support.
  • Assist in resolving day-to-day employee relations issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.

HR Administration & Recordkeeping

  • Maintain and update employee files, HRIS data, and attendance records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and data protection regulations.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and HR documentation as needed.
  • Track employee leave balances and support benefits administration.

Performance & Compliance

  • Assist in performance review cycles and documentation collection.
  • Help ensure compliance with local labor regulations, company policies, and audit requirements.
  • Support training initiatives, including scheduling, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.

Payroll Support

  • Coordinate payroll-related data: new hires, terminations, salary updates, and leave.
  • Work closely with finance/payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience (administration, recruitment, or generalist support).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, local labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
