Summary

We are seeking a passionate Assistant General Manager to join our team at MACS-Macaroni and Cheese Shop in Green Bay. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the quality of our signature dishes. Your leadership will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering comfort and satisfaction to every guest.
Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations during shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Monitor food preparation processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Handle inventory control and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Implement company policies and procedures effectively within the team.
• Collaborate with management on staff scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications Proven experience in a management role within the food service industry.

• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Experience with inventory control systems is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
