Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sharonville, OH. As a Residential Program Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential programs supporting adults with disabilities. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing and implementing program goals, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, coordinating schedules, monitoring individual care plans, and fostering a safe and inclusive living environment. You will also provide leadership in staff training and development while maintaining consistent communication with families, caregivers, and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.

• Knowledge of compliance standards and experience in program development

• Familiarity with individual care plans, needs assessment, and resource management

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human services, or a related field preferred
• Relevant experience in residential programs or disability support services
