Job Description:

Lighthouse is seeking passionate and dedicated remote BCBA/LBAs to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children and their families, directly contributing to meaningful progress and improved quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and write summary reports
• Develop and oversee behavior support and treatment plans
• Support and train staff on implementation of behavior plans
• Provide guidance on prevention and de-escalation strategies
• Monitor data and adjust programming as needed

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in ABA or a related field
• BCBA certification
• LBA certification (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year post-BCBA experience preferred
• Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
• Spanish speaking preferred

Knowledge & Abilities:

• Strong understanding of ABA principles
• Team-based approach to behavior change
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to multitask and collaborate
