Location: Hybrid (3 days remote), Toronto, Canada
Experience: 5+ Years
Rate: $72 to $77 CAD PH

Role Summary: NearSource is looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive delivery within its Agentic Technology and Trust initiatives. This role focuses on managing AI-driven programs with an emphasis on trust, security, governance, and measurable outcomes. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional engineering, product, and trust teams supporting a Fortune 500 product company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI-focused projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with trust, security, and compliance principles
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and trust stakeholders to execute Agentic Technology initiatives
• Track, measure, and report project progress to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational objectives
• Identify, manage, and resolve project risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies
• Drive clear and consistent communication across technical and business stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and AI trust and governance frameworks
• Support implementation of instrumentation and metering strategies to enable AI system accountability and transparency
• Stay current on Agentic AI technologies, trust metrics, and governance practices, and integrate relevant advancements into project execution

Must-Have Skills

• Strong project management experience within technology or emerging technology domains
• Hands-on experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Familiarity with AI concepts, trust frameworks, and security principles
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder communication, coordination, and reporting skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience managing AI adoption, security, or compliance-related programs
• Exposure to AI governance frameworks and trust enablement practices
• Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities
• PMP or other recognized project management certifications
• Interest in Agentic AI systems and ethical AI practices
