Cleaning Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and safe. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dust and wipe surfaces, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness.
• Dispose of waste and recycling materials in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages to management.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning schedules and tasks.
• Assist in special cleaning projects as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
• We provide onsite training.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Basic English speaking skills.
• Valid Driver's licence and acces to a personal vihecle.
