Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management for executives and staff
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems (both digital and physical)
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Provide support with various administrative projects as needed
