Job Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper
Location: Etobicoke, ON (On-site)

About the Role
Livingwaters is seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee all aspects of our financial record-keeping and reporting. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Issue invoices and manage customer collections
- Process payroll and issue employee payments
- Prepare financial statements and related financial reports
- Remit payroll, sales, and income taxes accurately and on time
- Maintain and account for fixed assets
- Reconcile bank and petty cash accounts regularly
- Support annual audit preparation and provide necessary documentation
- Maintain a coherent system of accounts with a well-organized filing system
- Monitor and report on cash flow and cash levels
Qualifications
- Completion of a college diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized organization
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payroll practices
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- On-site position in Etobicoke, ON
