Job Description
Title – Production Clerk
Position Type: Full time, Regular
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
Starting Pay rate: $15.00/hr
Shift Time: - 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM OR 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
About The Role
As a Production Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing and scanning various customer documents. This includes organizing documents according to job instructions, inserting targets as requested, and ensuring the accuracy of input data during processing. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality are essential for meeting customer expectations and maintaining quality standards.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents according to job instructions, following each client's specifications, which may involve tasks such as alphabetizing, sorting numerically or by date, and removing staples.
  • Identify different document types and follow instructions to meet customer requirements, communicating with supervisors or trainers as needed.
  • Maintain a record of completed work and ensure confidentiality and security of client information in accordance with guidelines.
  • Scan documents using various scanning equipment, including microfilming cameras, and verify input data to ensure accuracy of completed work.
  • Edit scanned work for errors during processing and adhere to departmental standards for productivity and quality.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.
  • Work schedule generally consists of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of on-call status, evening, or weekend work.
  • May be required to spend long periods sitting with close visual acuity to personal computer.
  • High levels of repetitive motion on a daily basis.
  • Ability to lift pound containers as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and basic software applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.

The pay rate for this position is $15.00/hr; however, base pay rate offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered
