Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing educational activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the children's growth and development.
• Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance students' overall learning experience.
• Organize and participate in classroom activities that promote creativity, critical thinking, and social skills.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience working with toddler-aged children in an educational or caregiving setting is preferred.
• A degree in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable.
• Skills in behavior management to effectively address various classroom situations.
• Experience in nannying or babysitting can be beneficial for understanding child care dynamics.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that educate while fostering a love for learning.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners are essential traits for success in this role.
