About the Position:
Canature WaterGroup is growing We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our Pura Quality Water division. If you are bi-lingual in English / Spanish that would be a bonus Pura specializes in providing high-quality, innovative products and services designed to enhance water quality for residential use. Our goal is to harness the power of technology and creativity to deliver exceptional products and services to our clients. The Inside Sales Representative will have a strong background in sales and customer service, specifically managing virtual sales leads and being able to close qualified leads for end-user consumers. The successful candidate will have a passion for building customer relationships, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals. This role involves identifying customer needs, presenting suitable product solutions, and closing sales to drive revenue growth by using a variety of communication methods such as email, chat functions and telephone. Reporting to the Sales Manager, North America, the Sales Representative will:
- Respond to virtual online sales inquiries, and inbound calls to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- The successful candidate will be able to work within the time zones of Mountain and Pacific but may be called upon on rare occasions for Eastern Time zones.
- Discuss pricing, terms, and agreements with customers in a way that aligns with company policies while closing the sale.
- Complete sales transaction, including completion of order & confirmation forms and or financing paperwork.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support to ensure product delivery, installation and customer satisfaction.
- Address any service issues and develop long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Stay informed about the products or services being sold, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate with & guide customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to share information and enhance overall sales strategies.
- Engage in all ongoing professional development training and development to improve sales techniques, performance and stay updated on industry trends.
About you:
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or a combination of education and experience is preferred.
- Experience in the water treatment industry is an asset
- 1 – 3 years proven experience in B2C (business to consumer) sales & customer management.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs.
- Familiarity with and understanding of the sales cycle and experience in coordinating sales efforts.
- Organized, driven, problem solver and self-directed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail with the ability to learn new systems
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g., 5-9, Call Rail) to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and analyze customer data.

About the work environment:
Office:
- Rare travel may be required for training purposes, offsite meetings and trade shows. Some overnight stays may be required.
- The ability to sit for long hours during work to manage digital communications, data entry, and analysis tasks.
- Occasionally lift packages or promotional materials upto 20lbs
