Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, office management experience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy, creating a welcoming environment
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting logistics using Microsoft Office
  • Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and handle document
  • Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, filing, and correspondence handling
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Support administrative functions including typing reports, managing calendars, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience in receptionist roles is a plus but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and proofreading abilities
  • Strong customer service orientation with professional communication skills
  • Office experience including filing, calendar management, and administrative support is essential
  • Tax knowledge
