Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper food safety practices during food handling, serving, and bartending activities.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management skills during busy periods.
• Assist in setting up banquet events or catering functions, ensuring all food safety and hospitality standards are upheld.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, retail math, or the food industry is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to serve diverse clientele in fine dining or nightclub environments.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales transactions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts.
• Experience in catering or banquet settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must possess good communication skills and a positive attitude to foster an energetic guest experience.
