Dental Practice Manager

Busy, patient-focused dental practice is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead daily operations, support the clinical team, and help deliver an exceptional patient experience. This is a key leadership role for someone who is organized, accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coach team members; set expectations and drive performance
• Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and day-to-day office operations
• Manage billing, insurance verification, claims follow-up, and A/R performance
• Monitor KPIs (production/collections, no-shows, re-care, case acceptance) and implement improvements
• Ensure excellent customer service, problem resolution, and patient retention
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA/OSHA and office protocols
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members
• Coordinate with the doctor(s) to meet practice goals and maintain a positive culture

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years dental office management experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Solid understanding of dental insurance, collections, and financial reporting
• Proficiency with practice management software
• High integrity, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to motivate a team, hold accountability, and improve systems
