Join urSwim's award-winning team and teach swim lessons year-round in our 86° indoor pool. We're looking for fun, safety-focused, and reliable swim instructors who want to make a difference in kids' and adults' lives.

Pay: $17 – $19/hour (based on experience)
Hours: Part-time
Location: Milford, NY

Available Shifts:

• Monday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 6:30PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Your Role:

• Teach swimmers of all ages using urSwim's proven curriculum
• Keep lessons safe, positive, and engaging
• Track swimmer progress and give feedback
• Maintain and store all equipment properly
• Report rescues, accidents, or equipment issues immediately

What We're Looking For:

• Swim Instructor experience (1 year minimum required)
• CPR & First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
