Position Overview

The Business Development Intern will support Symbal's enterprise go-to-market efforts. This role is designed for students who want hands-on exposure to enterprise software, AI-driven products, and how partnerships and customer relationships are built inside growing technology companies.

You will work closely with members of the business and growth teams and contribute to real initiatives that support customer engagement and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify HR and Talent leaders at large organizations.
  • Support outbound and inbound business development efforts.
  • Assist with preparing materials and follow-ups for enterprise conversations.
  • Help qualify potential opportunities and organize prospect information.
  • Contribute to improving business development processes and documentation.
  • Observe and support live meetings with enterprise stakeholders when appropriate.

Compensation

This is a paid internship. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process and aligned based on role scope, availability, and contribution. Strong performance may lead to additional opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student.
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
  • Interest in business development, enterprise software, or technology.
  • Prior experience in sales, research, startups, or consulting is a plus but not required.
