We are hiring for two key roles on our Care Team:
Full-Time — Overnight Shift
(A great fit for calm, focused caregivers who thrive during quiet hours)
Part-Time — Evening Shift
(Perfect for those seeking flexible hours and a rewarding after-daytime schedule)
Required Certifications & Experience
To be considered, candidates must have:
Active CNA or NA Certification (in good standing)
Medication Training Certification
Minimum 1 year experience working with seniors
At least 18 years of age
Clear criminal background screening
Ability to work in a Drug-Free Workplace
Preferred:
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience with electronic documentation systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
What You'll Do
As a Medication Assistant / Care Staff member, you'll play a key role in supporting residents' health, safety, and daily living needs:
- Assist residents with self-administration of medications following state guidelines
- Support daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, positioning, and incontinence care
- Keep resident areas tidy: bed-making, light housekeeping, and organization
- Communicate daily with the Resident Services team to maintain continuity of care
- Participate in resident engagement activities (and lead them when needed)
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and warmth
- Uphold safety standards throughout the community
- Additional duties as outlined in the full job description
