Leasing Agent part time

This is a Great Entry level position and a foot into the Property Management Industry. Part time Leasing Consultant position. Offering an excellent hourly pay PLUS great commissions.

Searching for a self-motivated and reliable _ PT LEASING CONSULTANT_ to work for our residential community. Should be professional, energetic and have strong marketing skills to help make our community successful, and is motivated by providing great customer service.

In a Leasing Consultant role, you will be responsible for showing and leasing apartments to prospective residents.

Key Role Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones
• Greet prospective residents and provide tours of property
• Accept applications and secure leases from qualified applicants
• Maintain guest cards and complete follow-ups
• Assist in Move-ins and Move-outs
• Participate in resident retention programs
• Assist in collecting rent
• Take maintenance service requests

Primary Requirements Include:

• Must be customer service oriented
• Prior sales experience helpful
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Knowledge of Social Media marketing

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
