The Culinary Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting both Culinary and Core café models in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. This role assists with daily food preparation, recipe execution, and service standards while learning kitchen operations, food safety, and quality control. Intern will work closely with culinary leaders to support menu execution, contribute to specials and seasonal offerings, and apply foundational cooking techniques. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a culinary arts program or culinary school, bring basic kitchen experience, and are eager to grow their skills in a professional café setting.

Position Summary

Life Time seeks a motivated student or recent graduate to assist in the participation of the organization's day-to-day operations. They will work in a collaborative environment to improve experiences for Life Time members, prospective members and team members. This internship is an opportunity for a student to take ownership of designated projects for an abbreviated period of time to help extend and apply their knowledge to meet business goals.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Conducts a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned  
  • Works cross-functionally with teams to execute strategies to meet business needs
  • Helps improve administration procedures
  • Observes multiple office positions and trains in a variety of tasks
  • Attends company meetings and functions as needed
  • Assists in other miscellaneous tasks as needed

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program

Pay This is an hourly position with wages starting at $14.25 and pays up to $17.00, based on experience and qualifications.Benefits
